Here are the ingredients to make this delicious recipe!
Victoria Sponge cake Ingredients:
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup caster sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1.5 cups self rising flour
- 1 jar of strawberry jam
- 3 tbsp milk
- 8 oz of milk
- Icing sugar
- strawberries
Now Pay Close Attention:
- Preheat oven 350, grease butter two round cake pans.
- Mix butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla then mix till smooth!
- Add to springform pans, bake for 20 min. Then let cool
- Whip the cream. Use the jam on the bases before adding cream then sprinkle with icing sugar and add the strawberries on top!
- Use a star tip and frost the rest of the cake!
