Chocolate Rose Cake

Here are the ingredients to make this delicious recipe!
Chocolate Rose Cake Ingredients:
- 75 cups – all purpose flour
- ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup hot coffee
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Chocolate Frosting
- 16 oz chocolate semi sweet
- 25 cups whipping cream
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 4 tbsp cold water
- 1 tbsp gelatin powder
- 2 cups whipping cream – cold
Now Pay Close Attention:
- Preheat oven 350, grease butter two round ake pans.
- In a large bowl whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt.
- In second bowl, mix eggs, oil and sugar. Add buttermilk and vanilla. Add hotcoffee and mix!
- Add batter to pans
- Bake for 30-35 min
- Let cool!
- Frosting time! Place the cream and chocolate in small sauce pan, heat low until melted. Add cocoa powder. Dissolve gelatin in water. Low heat until gelatin is dissolved and add it to chocolate mixture.
- Whip the cream until peaks form. Add Chocolate mixture into the whipped cream.
- Assemble the cake halves using the icing.
- Use a star tip and frost the rest of the cake!
