Here are the ingredients to make this delicious recipe!
Classic tiramisu Ingredients:
CREAM
- 2 large eggs
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 large egg yolk
- Crème Faiche- To serve.
FOR SYRUP
- 5 oz rum
- 1 tsp sugar
- ½ cup coffee
Cream and Assembly
- ¾ cup whipping cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 25 lady fingers
- Chocolate – graiting
- Cocoa powder- dusting!
Now Pay Close Attention:
- Whisk yolks, vanilla, sugar and use boiling water to melt. In a new bowl, beat this into mascarpone cheese until smooth. Whisk in egg whites.
- Syrup- Heat sugar, rum and coffee and heat and let dissolve. – Remove from heat!
- Topping- whip cream and add in vanilla and sugar. Chill
- Dip ladyfingers into syrup and add 3 into each of the dishes. Spoon a generous layer of mascarpone filling over the lday fingers and grate a little chocolate. Keep repeating for other layers. Add whipped cream over top and can dust with cocoa powder.
