Chocolate Polenta Cake!

Here are the ingredients to make this delicious recipe!
Chocolate Polenta cake Ingredients:
- 5 oz dark chocolate
- 5 oz ground almonds
- 5 oz polenta
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 8 oz caster sugar
- 8 oz butter
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Crème Faiche- To serve.
FOR SAUCE
- 5 oz butter
- 5 oz dark brown sugar
- 3 tbsp golden syrup
- 150 ml double cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ¼ tsp salt
Now Pay Close Attention:
- Preheat to 350F, Grease springform tin, line with parchment paper.
- Melt chocolate in small bowl over pot of simmering water.
- Mix polenta, baking powder and ground almonds in second bowl.
- Beat sugar, butter in bowl, Add eggs and melted chocolate.
- Add dry ingredients into mixture and fold with spatula. Add the vanilla and mix more.
- Pour this into prepared tin and bake for 40 min.
- Caramel Sauce- Butter, golden syrup, sugar in pan and let boil until sugar dissolved.
- Add vanilla, cream, mix! Bring to simmer for 3 min.
