Here are the ingredients to make this delicious recipe!
– 1⁄2 cup All-Purpose Flour
– 1⁄2 cup Granulated Sugar
– 3 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
– 1⁄2 tsp Baking Soda
– 1⁄8 tsp Salt
– 1 Egg
– 2 tbsp Buttermilk
– 4 tbsp melted Unsalted Butter
– 1⁄4 cup hot Water
– 1⁄2 tsp Vanilla Extract
– Tillamook Oregon Hazelnut and Salted Caramel Ice Cream (softened 15 minutes)
– Chocolate Fudge
– Whipped Cream
– Chopped Hazelnuts
