225g caster sugar

175ml milk
Chocolate sauce
300g Crushed Oreos (fine crumbs)
2 tsp gold lustre dust + 4 tsp vodka or vanilla extract
Baileys Mousse (frosting)
2 tsp. unflavoured gelatin
2 Tbsp. cold water
75ml boiling water
125g sugar
2 Tbsp. cocoa powder (for a more intense chocolate flavour, add 1 additional Tbsp.)
625ml heavy cream, very cold
125ml Baileys Irish Cream, very cold
1 tsp vanilla
300g Crushed Oreos + 1 tsp gold lustre dust
