Oreo Cake Ingredients:
Ingredients for the Cake:
– 200 gr All Purpose Flour sifted
– 60 gr Unsweetened Cocoa Powder sifted
– 60 grams oreo flour( It’s 6 oreo cookies without the filling)
– 1/2 tsp Salt
– 270 gr White Sugar
– 3 tsp Baking Powder
– 165 gr soft Butter
– 3 Eggs
– 200 gr Whole Milk
– 50 gr Espresso Coffee
Ingredients for the Buttercream:
– 500 gr of Softened Butter
– 500 gr Vanilla Powdered Sugar
– 3 tsp pure Vanilla Extract
– 1/2 tsp of salt
Ingredients in cups for the Cake:
– 1 3/4 cups All Purpose Flour
– 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
– Oreo Flour: 6 Oreo Cookies crushed really fine without the filling
– 1/2 tsp Salt
– 1 1/3 cups White Sugar
– 3 tsp Baking Powder
– 1 1/2 sticks of Soft Butter
– 3 Eggs
– 1 cup + 1 tbsp of Whole Milk
– 5 tablespoons Espresso Coffee
Recipe for Buttercream in cups:
– 4 1/2 sticks of softened Butter
– 4 cups Vanilla Powdered Sugar
– 3 tsp Vanilla Extract
– 1/2 tsp Salt
