Nutella Puffs

Here are the ingredients for this recipe:

• 1 cup (236 ml) water
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/2 cup (113 g) unsalted butter
• 1 cup (125 g) all-purpose flour
• 4 large eggs
• For Filling:
• 4 oz (113 g) cream cheese or mascarpone
• 1/2 cup (150 g) Nutella
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• sprinkle of salt
• 1/2 cup (100 g) white granulated sugar
• 1 to 1 1/2 cups (236-354 ml) chilled heavy cream (see note above)
• 2 to 3 cups (350-525 g) dark chocolate chips, melted; for garnish
• 1/2 cup (65 g) diced hazelnuts, for garnish
• 1/4 cup (45 g) white chocolate chips, for garnish; optional
