Cupcakes
50g cocoa powder
175g all-purpose flour
½ tsp salt
½ tsp bicarbonate of soda
225g caster sugar
175g unsalted butter, softened
2 large eggs, at room temperature
1 tsp vanilla extract
175ml milk
Honeycomb
440g caster (superfine) sugar
80g honey
80ml water
1 tablespoon bicarbonate of (baking) soda, sifted
Frosting
1 batch of fluffy vanilla buttercream frosting
