Make an Easy Birthday Cake!

Here are the ingredients to make this delicious recipe!

Birthday Cake

• 330 g butter
• 330g caster sugar
• 6 eggs
• 3 tbsp vanilla
• 330g self raising flour
• 1 sp baking powder
• 3 tbsp milk
• Rainbow sprinkles

BUTTERCREAM

• 300 g butter
• 1/2 tsp vanilla

Now pay close attention…

1. Preheat the oven 350F
2. Mix smooth batter, sugar, vanilla, eggs, flour and a little milk if needed to loosen mix!
3. Put in 3 spring form pans, bake for 20 min.
4. Icing time!! Mix icing ingredients and whisk until light and smooth.
5. Assemble one base on top of other and use icing to hold it together. Repeat for all layers and frost the cake!
