Easy Pumpkin Pie

Here are the ingredients to make this delicious recipe!
Crust
- 8 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 1/3 cups all purpose flour
Pie
- 1 can pumpkin puree
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp ground nutmet
- ½ tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp cloves
- Whipped cream
Now pay close attention….
- In a bowl mix, butter, oil, sugar and salt. Add in flour and stir until dough forms.
- Sprinkle dough in clumps over bottom of pie plate. Let sit in refrigerator for 30 min.
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Put all the pie ingredients in bowl and whisk until smooth!
- Pour this into pie crust.
- Place the pie on the hot baking sheet and bake for 50 min!
- Add whipped cream
