Halloween Cupcakes

Here are the ingredients to make this delicious recipe!

Halloween Cupcakes  Ingredients:

• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 1 cup pumpkin puree
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup flour
• 1 tsp vanilla
• ½ tsp salt
• ¾ tsp baking soda
• ½ tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• ½ tsp ginger
• Buttercream frosting!
• Rolled Fondant

Now pay close attention….

1. Preheat oven 375F
2. Combine pumpkin, oil, eggs, sugar and vanilla.
3. Add in remaining ingredients and mix until well blended.
4. Use muffin tin to bake for 20 min.
5. Let cool!
6. Decorate!
