Tiramisu Crepe Layer Cake


Here are the ingredients to make this delicious recipe!
Tiramisu Crepe Cake Ingredients:

Crepes
• 8 eggs
• 3.5 cups milk
• .5 cups coffee
• .5 cup butter
• ¼ cup gran. Sugar
• 2 tbsp amaretto
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2.5 cups all purpose flour
Filling
• 1 tbsp amaretto
• 1 tsp vanilla
• Pinch salt
• 1 cup butter
• 1 cup condensed milk
• 8 oz cream cheese
• 1.5 cups heavy cream
• Dusting of cocoa powder

Now pay close attention….

1. Add all ingredients needed for crepes into a blender! Then whisk.
2. Preheat 9 inch crepe pan add ¼ cup batter once it is golden flip and cook for 30 sec. Cook the rest of the crepes
3. For the Filling- Put cream, cream cheese, butter, sweetended condensed milk, salt, vanilla, amaretto into mixing bowl. Whisk on med speed.
4. Assembly- Line 8 inch spring form with parchment paper. Drop a crepe int it then ¼ cup filling. Continue with all the crepes. Leave the final crepe with no filling. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
5. After the cake has set, invert it onto a platter and dust top with cocoa powder!
