Strawberry cream cupcake ingredients
Cake
- 110 g caster sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 large eggs
- 110g butter
- 50ml milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 175g self raising flower
Buttercream
- ½ tsp vanilla
- 275g icing sugar
- 4 tbsp strawberry jam
- 150 g butter softened.
- 200g fresh strawberries
Now pay close attention:
- Preheat oven – 350 , Line bun tray with paper cases
- In bowl- All dry ingredients.
- Mix in milk and beat
- Bake for 20 min
- Frosting time-Mix buttercream ingredients whisk till fluffy!
- Ripple the jam into the buttercream. Top with the fresh strawberries
