Brownie Layer Cake ingredients
BROWNIES
- 75 cups flour
- 5 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 5 oz dark chocolate
- 5 cup unsalted butter
- 25 cups gran. Sugar
- .75 cups brown sugar
- 7 eggs
- 3 tsp vanilla
FROSTING
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 10 tbsp butter
- 1 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 4 tbsp milk
- 1 cup flour
- 6 cups powdered sugar.
- 1 1.3 mini chocolate chips.
GANACHE
- 8 oz bittersweet chocolate
- 1 cup heavy cream
Now Pay close Attention:
- Preheat oven to 350F, line 9 in springform
- Add chocolate/ butter to large bowl, melt above simmering water.
- Add sugars, eggs, vanilla, flour, salt, cocoa and mix/whisk until well mixed!
- Pour into Liner and bake for 1 hour 15 min.
FROSTING
- Cream the cream cheese and butter in large bowl.
- Add brown sugar, vanilla, powdered sugar, milk, mini chips, and whisk well!
- Let sit in fridge for 15 min.
GANACHE
- Heat cream in pan, then pour in chocolate. Whisk!
