Hershey’s Chocolate Sundae Cake Ingredients

Base

• 2 Cups of biscuit crumbs
• 1/2 Cup of Cocoa Powder
• 1/2 Cup of Caster Sugar
• 2/3 Cup of Butter

Filling

• 7 oz Cream Cheese
• 3/4 Cup of Icing Sugar
• 1 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
• 1 Cup of Cream – I whipped up 2 cups and used the rest on the top of the pie
• 2 teaspoons of Gelatine Powder
• 2 tablespoons boiling water

Melted Chococlate

• 2x Packets of Chocolate Mouse Powder
