Southern Peach Cobbler


Here are the ingredients to make this delicious recipe!

Peach cobbler Ingredients:

 

  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 lbs frozen slived peaches
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp butter

 

Now Pay Close Attention:

  1. Preheat oven – 400 F
  2. Divide pie crust into two balls
  3. Roll first ball and put in greased pie plate
  4. Roll second and cut into 8 strips
  5. In bowl, mix sugar an peaches. Let sit until they have thawed completely and sugar becomes syrupy.
  6. Add in butter, vanilla, lemon.
  7. Dust crusts with cinnamon sugar
  8. Spoon peaches into pie crust with a spoon, add on the top lattice slices of crust.
  9. Bake for 30 min. Cover pie with foil, reduce heat and bake for 25 more min.
  10. Remove from oven and serve with ice-cream !
