Stabilized Whipped Cream


Here are the ingredients to make this delicious recipe!

Stabilized Whipped cream Ingredients:

 

  • 1 tsp gelatin
  • 4 tsp cold water
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • ¼ cup confectioners sugar

 

 

Now Pay Close Attention:

  1. In pan- Mix gelatin and cold water, stir and let stand!
  2. Place over low heat and stir constantly till gelatin is dissolved. Then remove pan from heat.
  3. Whip the cream until soft peaks form, add sugar and beat !
  4. Beat at low then add gelatin to whipping cream
  5. Beat at higher speeds until peaks form.
