Chocolate Cherry Cola Cupcakes

Chocolate Cherry Cupcake Ingredients:

• ½ cup cocoa powder
• 1.25 cups flour
• ½ tsp salt
• ½ tsp baking soda
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• ¾ cup butter
• 3 large eggs
• 175 ml cola
• 12 cherries
• Chocolate sauce
• 4 tbsp cherry brandy

Sauce Center:

• 250 ml chocolate sauce
• 2 tbsp cherry brandy

Icing:

• Vanilla buttercream icing
• 2-3 tbsp cherry brandy
• Optional deep pink food coloring

Now Pay Close Attention:

1. Preheat oven 350 and line cupcake pan with liners
2. In bowl, mix- Cocoa powder, flour, salt, baking soda, sugar, butter and then let it all combine well with mixer.
3. Add cola/eggs and whisk.
4. Add wet to dry ingredients and let it combine.
5. Fill each paper ½ way. Bake 20 min.
6. Sauce- Mix chocolate and brandy then put in a piping bag
7. Icing- Mix Add ingredients together.
8. Ice then drizzle chocolate sauce over it!
