White chocolate ganache Ingredients:

  • White chocolate /cream any amount! Ratio: 1x cream to 3x White chocolate!

Now Pay Close Attention:

  1. Add cream into white chocolate. Put in microwave for 1 min depending on amount. Then stir once removed!
  2. If needed microwave more on 30 sec intervals and stir in between microwave sessions!
  3. Chill it for 10 min.
  4. Use a whisk and make it fluffy! This will help color turn white as well.
