Hazelnut Cheesecake


Here’s How to make this delicious recipe!

 

Here are the INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 ounces butter- melted
  • 10 ounces of chocolate sandwich cookies
  • 20 oz of mascarpone cheese
  • 17 oz of hazelnut chocolate praline

Ganache

  • 5 ouces of heavy cream
  • 7 oz of hazelnut chocolate praline

Now pay close attention:

Cheesecake Crust

  1. Mash up cookies, add butter and beat until mixed well
  2. Transfer to spring form pan
  3. Spread on bottom and press down until it becomes compact

Filling

 

  1. Beat room temp cheese in mixer and whisk till fluffy,.
  2. Add hazelnut and beat
  3. Remove from mixer and stir
  4. Pour into crust
  5. Smooth top then refrigerate

Ganache

  1. Mix hazelnut and heavy cream in bowl then heat in microwave for 90 sec. Remove and stir!
  2. Pour ganache over cheesecake after cheesecake is cooled in refrigerator!
  3. Smooth then refrigerate for 3 hours
  4. You can add any toppings you like!
