Hazelnut Cheesecake

Here’s How to make this delicious recipe!
Here are the INGREDIENTS:
- 2 ounces butter- melted
- 10 ounces of chocolate sandwich cookies
- 20 oz of mascarpone cheese
- 17 oz of hazelnut chocolate praline
Ganache
- 5 ouces of heavy cream
- 7 oz of hazelnut chocolate praline
Now pay close attention:
Cheesecake Crust
- Mash up cookies, add butter and beat until mixed well
- Transfer to spring form pan
- Spread on bottom and press down until it becomes compact
Filling
- Beat room temp cheese in mixer and whisk till fluffy,.
- Add hazelnut and beat
- Remove from mixer and stir
- Pour into crust
- Smooth top then refrigerate
Ganache
- Mix hazelnut and heavy cream in bowl then heat in microwave for 90 sec. Remove and stir!
- Pour ganache over cheesecake after cheesecake is cooled in refrigerator!
- Smooth then refrigerate for 3 hours
- You can add any toppings you like!
