Quick Vanilla Bean Cupcakes!


Here’s How to make this delicious recipe!

Vanilla bean  cupcake Ingredients:

  • 15 oz all-purpose flour
  • 9 oz of superfine sugar
  • 3 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 125 ml vegetable oil
  • 4 oz butter, softened
  • 2 tsp greek yogurt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 5 cups milk
  • 1 container of your favorite frosting! Or make your own…

Now pay close attention:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Line cupcake baking pans
  3. In bowl, add flour, baking powder, caster sugar and salt. Use mixer on low sped and mix for a few minutes. Add softened butter and mix more
  4. Mix in eggs, milk, yogurt, oil and vanilla.
  5. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients in a slow manner. Mix for 30 secs.
  6. Fill each cupcake liner 2/3 – ¾ way full. Bake for 20-25 min!
  7. Frost with your favorite frosting!
