Quick Vanilla Bean Cupcakes!

Here’s How to make this delicious recipe!
Vanilla bean cupcake Ingredients:
- 15 oz all-purpose flour
- 9 oz of superfine sugar
- 3 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 125 ml vegetable oil
- 4 oz butter, softened
- 2 tsp greek yogurt
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 5 cups milk
- 1 container of your favorite frosting! Or make your own…
Now pay close attention:
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Line cupcake baking pans
- In bowl, add flour, baking powder, caster sugar and salt. Use mixer on low sped and mix for a few minutes. Add softened butter and mix more
- Mix in eggs, milk, yogurt, oil and vanilla.
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients in a slow manner. Mix for 30 secs.
- Fill each cupcake liner 2/3 – ¾ way full. Bake for 20-25 min!
- Frost with your favorite frosting!
