Easy Cake Roll


Here’s How to make this delicious recipe!

Cake roll Ingredients:

  • 8 oz chocolate chips/baking chocolate chips
  • 6 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 2/3 cup water
  • ¾ cup icing sugar
  • 125g cream cheese
  • 3 cups cool whip

Now pay close attention:

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Line pan with waxed paper
  3. Microwave 3 oz chocolate and butter for 1.5 min. Add sugar, mix, beat in eggs and let it thicken! Blend in chocolate mixture; add ¼ cup flour and baking soda, beat until blended. Now add remaining flour and water. Spread into pan
  4. Bake 15 min then sprinkle with sugar, 1/4 cup, Now invert cake onto clean towel and remove pan. Peel off paper carefully. Roll up the cake together with the towel!
  5. Beat cream cheese and remaining icing sugar in medium bowl with mixer until well blended. Stir in 1.5 cups of cool whip.
  6. Unroll cake carefully and remove towel! Spread cream cheese mixture onto cake and let it completely cover the top of the cake. Roll up cake! Place the seam side down on the paper.
  7. Microwave the remaining cool whip and chocolate for about 1.5 min on high. Spread this onto the cake
  8. Refrigerate 1 hour!
