Cookie Dough Cupcakes

Here’s How to make this delicious recipe!
Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 3/4cups granulated sugar
- 1.5 cups milk
- 0.5 cups vegetable oil
- 0.5 cups butter
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 tablespoons greek yogurt
- 2 large eggs
- ¾ cups chocolate chips
- ¾ cups chocolate chips
- 24 chocolate chip cookies
- ¾ cups white chocolate – melted
- 1 container of brown sugar buttercream frosting
Cooke Dough Ingredients
- ¾ cups chocolate chips
- 5 cups butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 2-4 tablespoons milk
- 2 cups plain flour
Now pay close attention:
- Cookie Dough- Cream butter and sugar until it becomes creamy, stir in vanilla and 2 tablespoons of milk. Mix in salt and flour. If needed- add more milk. Stir in chocolate chips!
- Preheat oven to 325
- In a bowl combine dry ingredients, use a mixer on low setting. Add softened butter and let mix till it resembles a fine sand.
- Combine milk, eggs, yogurt, oil, vanilla extract in a large jug and whisk well.
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients in a slow and steady stream until no dry ingredients are seen. Fold in chocolate chips until they are mixed well.
- Fill each paper cupcake paper ¾ way then add to pan.
- Bake 20-25 minutes.
- While cupcakes are cooling, drip melted white chocolate on top.
- Let them cool!
- Frost with a French star tip! Can add some chocolate chips on top as well!
