Cappuccino Ice Box Cake


Here’s How to make this delicious recipe!

Cappuccino ice box Ingredients:

 

  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 4 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 280-300 graham crackers
  • 3 tbsp instant cappuccino mixed with 2 tbsp milk(water ok)
  • 5 tbsp instant cappuccino mix + .25 cup warm milk- Soak crackers in this
  • 2 cups of greek yogurt
  • 2tbsp Vanilla extract

Now pay close attention:

  1. In small bowl combine 3 tbsp instant cappuccino mix with 2 tbsp of water
  2. In a large bowl, mix whipping cream, add the previous mix/water, greek yogurt, vanilla extract and brown sugar.
  3. In a dish blend 5 tbsp instant cappuccino mix and ¼ cup of warm milk. Soak each graham cracker in this then put in a pan.
  4. Place one single layer of graham crackers in bottom of 8×8 pan.
  5. Spoon 1/3 of cream-yogurt over crackers and spread evenly. Repeat with two more layers of crackers and cream mixture. Chill for multiple hours!
  6. Dust if you want with cocoa powder !
