Icing Ingredients:
- 14 ounces dark baking chocolate
- 1 cup thickened cream
Now pay close attention:
- Add chocolate and cream to bowl and microwave in 20 second intervals until it is melted and smooth
- Let sit in refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Whisk in bowl for 3-5 minutes.
