White Wine Creamy Chicken


Here’s How to make this delicious recipe!

Chicken Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 chicken breasts or legs
  • 2 tbsp of butter
  • 5-6 ounces of bacon ( or more…!)
  • 1 large onion – Chopped!
  • Dozen small mushrooms – chop em if you prefer them that way!
  • Pinch of thyme
  • 2-3 glasses of a crisp white wine. Not a sweet white
  • 8 oz of cream. I prefer it with a little more than this….
  • Pinch of parsley
  • Salt/pepper

Now pay close attention:

  1. Sear chicken in pan with olive oil until chicken is golden brown.
  2. Remove the chicken
  3. Set to medium heat on stove, add bacon, garlic, onion, mushrooms.
  4. Add wine, thyme and chicken again. Cook till chicken is cooked on low heat. Probably around 45 minutes.
  5. Remove chicken.
  6. Stir cream into the pan, add salt and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes or so until desired thickness.
  7. Add chicken back to pot and warm it. Add the parsley.

Probably a good idea to have another glass or more of wine with the meal!
