White Wine Creamy Chicken

Here’s How to make this delicious recipe!
Chicken Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 chicken breasts or legs
- 2 tbsp of butter
- 5-6 ounces of bacon ( or more…!)
- 1 large onion – Chopped!
- Dozen small mushrooms – chop em if you prefer them that way!
- Pinch of thyme
- 2-3 glasses of a crisp white wine. Not a sweet white
- 8 oz of cream. I prefer it with a little more than this….
- Pinch of parsley
- Salt/pepper
Now pay close attention:
- Sear chicken in pan with olive oil until chicken is golden brown.
- Remove the chicken
- Set to medium heat on stove, add bacon, garlic, onion, mushrooms.
- Add wine, thyme and chicken again. Cook till chicken is cooked on low heat. Probably around 45 minutes.
- Remove chicken.
- Stir cream into the pan, add salt and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes or so until desired thickness.
- Add chicken back to pot and warm it. Add the parsley.
Probably a good idea to have another glass or more of wine with the meal!
