Southern Bourbon Salmon

Ingredients:
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
- 1 Shot of Bourbon
- ½ Tablespoon Salt
- ½ Tablespoon Pepper
- ¼ Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 lb Salmon Filet
How to:
- Preheat the grill.
- Use a small bowl to mix all the ingredients until it forms a paste.
- Spread the paste onto the salmon
- Grill for approximately 2-3 minutes per side per inch of thickness.
- Baste the salmon with any melted paste.
- Return to the oven and bake for another 2-3 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily.
- Once the fish is cooked, remove it from the grill.
- Let rest for 3 minutes, then serve.
