- 2 boxes brownie mix or your favorite brownie recipe
- 3 8×2 inch cake pans
- 1.5 cups butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1.5 tsp vanilla
- 1 box confetti cake mix
- 1 1/3 cups flour
- 4 tbsp milk
- 5 tsp sprinkles
- ¾ cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- ¾ cup white chocolate chips
- ½ cup heavy whipping cream
- 6 oz semi sweet chips
