- 330g soft dark brown sugar
- 225g black treacle (or molasses)
- 75g golden syrup
- 6 large free-range eggs
- 375g self-rising flour
- 5 tbsp ground ginger
- 3 tsp ground cinnamon
- 4 & ½ tbsp soured cream
- 8 nuggets of stem ginger chopped
- 150g soft unsalted butter
- 240g cream cheese
- 840g icing sugar sifted -For Drizzle
