Irish Coffee Cream Cake

Caramel Chocolate French Silk Pie
Cake
- 255 g butter
- 340 g caster sugar
- 6 large eggs
- 240 ml milk
- 120 ml sour cream
- 370 g plain flour
- 1 ts baking powder
- 2 tsbp coffee extract
- 1 tbsp irish cream liqueur
Frosting
- 150 icing sugar
- 1 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp coffee extract
- 1 tbsp irish liqueur
Now pay close attention…
- Preheat the oven 350F
- Mix butter, sugar, eggs, milk, sour cream, flour and baking powder. Thoroughly mix these and make sure it is a smooth batter!
- Mix extract and irish cream into batter. Marble by adding small amounts at a time. Put in tin and bake for 55 min. Let cool.
- Icing time!! Mix icing ingredients and whisk until light and smooth. Drizzle over the cake.
