Halloween Cupcakes

Here are the ingredients to make this delicious recipe!
Halloween Cupcakes Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ tsp salt
- ¾ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp ginger
- Buttercream frosting!
- Rolled Fondant
Now pay close attention….
- Preheat oven 375F
- Combine pumpkin, oil, eggs, sugar and vanilla.
- Add in remaining ingredients and mix until well blended.
- Use muffin tin to bake for 20 min.
- Let cool!
- Decorate!
