Strawberry Cream Cupcakes


Here are the ingredients to make this delicious recipe!

Strawberry cream cupcake ingredients

Cake

  • 110 g caster sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • 110g butter
  • 50ml milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 175g self raising flower

Buttercream

  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • 275g icing sugar
  • 4 tbsp strawberry jam
  • 150 g butter softened.
  • 200g fresh strawberries

 

Now pay close attention:

  1. Preheat oven – 350 , Line bun tray with paper cases
  2. In bowl- All dry ingredients.
  3. Mix in milk and beat
  4. Bake for 20 min
  5. Frosting time-Mix buttercream ingredients whisk till fluffy!
  6. Ripple the jam into the buttercream. Top with the fresh strawberries
