Southern Peach Cobbler

Here are the ingredients to make this delicious recipe!
Peach cobbler Ingredients:
- 1 egg white
- 1 tbsp cinnamon sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 lbs frozen slived peaches
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp butter
Now Pay Close Attention:
- Preheat oven – 400 F
- Divide pie crust into two balls
- Roll first ball and put in greased pie plate
- Roll second and cut into 8 strips
- In bowl, mix sugar an peaches. Let sit until they have thawed completely and sugar becomes syrupy.
- Add in butter, vanilla, lemon.
- Dust crusts with cinnamon sugar
- Spoon peaches into pie crust with a spoon, add on the top lattice slices of crust.
- Bake for 30 min. Cover pie with foil, reduce heat and bake for 25 more min.
- Remove from oven and serve with ice-cream !
