Here are the ingredients to make this delicious recipe!
Stabilized Whipped cream Ingredients:
- 1 tsp gelatin
- 4 tsp cold water
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- ¼ cup confectioners sugar
Now Pay Close Attention:
- In pan- Mix gelatin and cold water, stir and let stand!
- Place over low heat and stir constantly till gelatin is dissolved. Then remove pan from heat.
- Whip the cream until soft peaks form, add sugar and beat !
- Beat at low then add gelatin to whipping cream
- Beat at higher speeds until peaks form.
