Southern Bourbon Salmon


Ingredients:

  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Shot of Bourbon
  • ½ Tablespoon Salt
  • ½ Tablespoon Pepper
  • ¼ Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 lb Salmon Filet

How to:

  1. Preheat the grill.
  2. Use a small bowl to mix all the ingredients until it forms a paste.
  3. Spread the paste onto the salmon
  4. Grill for approximately 2-3 minutes per side per inch of thickness.
  5. Baste the salmon with any melted paste.
  6. Return to the oven and bake for another 2-3 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily.
  7. Once the fish is cooked, remove it from the grill.
  8. Let rest for 3 minutes, then serve.
