Chocolate Polenta Cake!


Here are the ingredients to make this delicious recipe!

 

Chocolate Polenta cake Ingredients:

 

  • 5 oz dark chocolate
  • 5 oz ground almonds
  • 5 oz polenta
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 8 oz caster sugar
  • 8 oz butter
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Crème Faiche- To serve.

 

FOR SAUCE

 

  • 5 oz butter
  • 5 oz dark brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp golden syrup
  • 150 ml double cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ¼ tsp salt

 

Now Pay Close Attention:

  1. Preheat to 350F, Grease springform tin, line with parchment paper.
  2. Melt chocolate in small bowl over pot of simmering water.
  3. Mix polenta, baking powder and ground almonds in second bowl.
  4. Beat sugar, butter in bowl, Add eggs and melted chocolate.
  5. Add dry ingredients into mixture and fold with spatula. Add the vanilla and mix more.
  6. Pour this into prepared tin and bake for 40 min.
  7. Caramel Sauce- Butter, golden syrup, sugar in pan and let boil until sugar dissolved.
  8. Add vanilla, cream, mix! Bring to simmer for 3 min.
