Chocolate Brownie Cheesecake


Here’s How to make this delicious recipe!

Cheesecake  Ingredients:

  • 1 lb cream cheese
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1.5 cups chocolate chips or baking chocolate

Brownie Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 11 ounces dark chocolate
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1.5 cups granulated sugar
  • .5 cups brown sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Now pay close attention:

PART 1: Brownie instructions – USE A HALF PORTION of brownie ingredients above!!!

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Butter pan.
  2. Mix in dry brownie ingredients other than chocolate.
  3. Melt chocolate and butter .
  4. Comebine Eggs and vanilla then add this into the chocolate mixture.
  5. Slowly combine the dry mixture into this.
  6. Mix well!
  7. Bake 20-25 minutes!

PART 2: Cheesecake time!

  1. For brownie part, see above PART 1 recipe. Remember use half amounts of the ingredients listed above in the BROWNIE section!
  2. Melt chocolate in microwave
  3. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla together until creamy.
  4. Add in cream slowly! Whisk till thick!
  5. Add a spoon full of the cheesecake into the melted chocolate and mix it in to loosen up the chocolate. Quickly add chocolate into the rest of the cheesecake mix and mix fast! Don’t want it to set!
  6. Spoon into your prepared tin on top of the brownie.
  7. Refrigerate until firm! – Around 4 hours.
  8. Decorate top with whipped cream or more brownie!
